Kayla first started practicing digital art at a very young age after being inspired by her favorite video games, such as The Legend of Zelda, Mario Kart, Kirby, The Sims, and Super Smash Bros. She was fascinated by storytelling and being immersed in a piece of media.

As she learned new software for creating and exploring new gaming interfaces, Kayla became interested in the world of user experience and how stories can be told through seamless design. Kayla aspires to create interface designs that fully immerse a user into a piece of media, game, or product.
